Questo perch\u00e9 la giunta comunale ha presentato in ritardo il bando per l\u2019educativa scolastica allungando i tempi oltre l\u2019inizio della scuola. Questo avrebbe voluto dire minare il diritto fondamentale all\u2019istruzione e all\u2019inclusione per ragazze\/i e bambine\/i nonostante Fano si declami citt\u00e0 dei bambini.
